Staff there was super friendly and helpful and acted fast. Big plus. They really try to make the best out of the situation. Guesthouse is close to the beach and it was quite- despite being near the main road. Waterrefill for free.

Room 115 smelled absolutely terrible, and the AC wasn’t working properly. Very short bed. After my complaint the staff offered me an “upgrade” to another room (205), which at least didn’t smell—but the toilet seat was covered in urine, the bathroom doors wouldn’t close properly, and even the entrance door only shut securely if locked. On top of that, this so-called upgrade didn’t even include an electric kettle like the cheaper (but smelly) room. The AC in the second room also didn’t work properly, so they offered yet another room change after I asked for partial refund. They didn’t refund anything. However, the alternative room next door had the same bad smell as the first one. So I passed on that offer- as I got tired to change rooms every day of my 3-nights stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would definitely not book here again.

The staff was rude, very dirty and smelly room, just one power point but all day no power after thunderstorm, no back up etc Just the place one should avoid

Disgusting and foul smells from the toilet! TV doesn't work don't waste your time staying here we got here and had to find another hotel the same day thank goodness there are alot out in Kuta! But choose wisely with photos first before selecting! The pool wasn't clean and it's hard when staff don't speak English!!!

There wasn't any breakfast,we have to go to another hotel to get breakfast
