DiVine Luxury Apartment Blue

Bed was nice to get sleep well. Location is perfect to go to city, shopping and viewing points.

Nothing for my family.

The location is great in the sense that you are a short walk away from the bustling old town by the coast, but don't need to stay in the middle of it. I can't imagine getting a good sleep in the old town that is always full of people. You also get a nice view from the apartment and it's excellent comfort wise.

- modern TV with Youtube - nice balcony with sea view - host ok - easy instructions to check in - private parking - good for family has 2 rooms

- since it is not placed in the old city and also it does not have breakfast i think the price could be lowered to 150 euro instead of 178 euro - 15 mins walk away from the old city (on map it looks closed)

The location was good.

1. At the sofa bed, there might be some bed begs. So I felt itchy and I found some black spot on the sheet of bed. 2. The state of cleanness is not good. The floor bottom was filled with some dust. 3. In the living room, there is no air-conditioner. But, in the bed room there is small air-conditioner. 4. In the bathroom, hot water might be supplied within restricted amount. At the end of shower time, cold water came out. 5. On the rule, the state of facility and clean would not be good. Especially, bed cover look like somebody already used.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated so we were very happy. it had a good location to Zadar old town which was only 5 or so mins walk away (I am a quick walker so may take other up to 10 mins). Katarina was lovely and arrival and department was very simple. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The door to the balcony from the lounge area was a bit sticky and took a few attempts to close but that’s a minor issue and didn’t affect the quality of our stay.
