Complete City Centre Comfort

Excellent location away from the busy tourist area, but close enough to walk. Also very peaceful area near the water of Leith and the picturesque Dean village. The apartment has been renovated and decorated to high standard. It's a workable apartment that's warm, comfortable with full kitchen, excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Small touches like bathrobes and milk and chilled water on arrival added to the comfort. Plus, I'd been wondering what the basement apartments were like (they are everywhere in the UK cities), so was great to find out how cool they can be when renovated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clear and precise instructions sent in a timely manner. The apartment is stunning and well equipped. It was a welcome oasis after being around Edinburgh all day. Location is fantastic and within walking distance of everything worth seeing.

The property was clean, spacious with lovely furnishings. The hosts had thought of everything you might need. It was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see but at the same time quiet.

The only thing we struggled with was the TV in the lounge room. We wondered if there was a control missing.

Stunning apartment. Loved the décor- was to our taste! Very clean and tidy. Hosts were great with communication and answered any queries we had.

Nothing really. If I had to select one perhaps location as it's a good 20-30 minute walk to the old town where we spent most of our time. Otherwise nothing.

Lovely facilities, nice touches such as robes and high quality towels. Modern kitchen and coffee machine was great. Bed was super comfy and the heating was perfectly adequate at such a chilly time of year.

There was minimal hot water in the morning. The water went ice cold after less than 5 minutes which is not ideal in the middle of winter. Only one of us could manage a shower in the morning and even that was rushed when washing hair etc. Hosts also regularly watched us on the ring door camera as we were coming and going which was a little unsettling.
