We really enjoyed the relaxing feeling of sitting on the patio and looking out at lake Bolsena .

If you are walking into town you have to be very careful of traffic as no footpaths. Groceries at other side of town and nothing really close by. And there is an uphill climb on way back.

Just amazing all round - the location is exceptional with the most stunning views over the lake - hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating - perfect holiday!!

Maybe a toaster, coffee machine or filter and some more kitchen utensils

The host was amazing!! The view is spectacular and it’s a nice relaxing place. Although it is about a 9 minute walk into the old town. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Gianfranco is an amazing person. After we departed and were well into the forest walking the Via Francigena our friend fell and twisted his ankle. I sent Gianfranco a what’s app message and he contacted a friend, Francesco, to come meet us and take our friend to the next town. This is week above and beyond!!!

We loved it all and hope to return one day!

Beautiful property, close to town centre of Bolsena. Host was very welcoming. clean and comfortable apartment, secured by gates.

Not much, it was great, though if I had to mention something - a sitting/lounge area with a couch would have been nice rather than having to sit at kitchen table

A wonderful fairytale place managed by Mr.Gianfranco and Mrs. Anna with a stunning view to Bolsena lake. Villa itself (we stayed at Levante appartment) is majestic and makes all guests,especially,little ones feel like home because all you can need at your own home is available at this place. Excellent parking plots surrounded by gorgeous garden. Great for a precious time with family.

Beware that most of the businesses in the town only open on a random whim and you cannot trust that anything will be open on any given day. However, unlike them, my hosts were totally reliable!
