INAC's worked after we got the rooms. That is the only good thing. Everything else was a disaster.
Maintenance was a disaster. Check in time was supposed to be 12pm but they gave us room by 07:30 pm and we had to wait in a room without AC. We were sweating a lot for many hours. Next day morning there was no water in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper.There was no exhaust in the bathroom. Cigarette smell was persistent in both of the rooms and there were no windows in the room. I had to keep shouting at the staff to get the smallest task done. Finally during check out the elevator broke down and we had to carry the luggage through dirty stairs. Booking.com should delist this hotel

There was no water in morning till 10 am. We had to fill buckets from.a tap far away Only twice the housekeeping came and gave bucket. The reception did not get confirmation of our stay or breakfast inclusion. It took longer to check in. The bathroom did not have toilet roll, towels or any toiletries. The sink was leaking.
