Porto Santa Maria Apartments

Tive uma experiência muito positiva. O apartamento é impecável, extremamente bem cuidado e com um layout muito bem pensado — sem dúvida um dos melhores onde já fiquei. A luminosidade é excelente, o que torna o espaço ainda mais agradável. Tudo correu de forma simples e eficiente, contribuindo para uma estadia confortável e sem qualquer problema. Recomendo vivamente e certamente voltarei numa próxima oportunidade.

Posso dizer que não houve nada que nao tivesse gostado.

The apartment was located approx. 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area of Porto but there was also a metro station 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There were some local cafes no more than 5 minutes away which were friendly and provided a good selection of breakfasts and snacks.

Очень приятный ремонт, комфортная квартира, хорошая мебель, все приятно трогать. Хорошее дополнительное одеяло, кофемашина с капсулами. Просторная ванная комната. Удобные кровать и диван, хороший стол. Очень удобная кухня. Вдохновение от картины, яркие позитивные цвета. За углом очень вкусные суши и в приложении Too good to go 4 евро цена коробки (фото прилагаю). Очень повезло поздно вечером поужинать.

На 7 дней немного не хватило туалетной бумаги, я ее использовала как салфетки на кухне. Это не то, чем хочется заниматься за неделю пребывания. Возможно на кухне было бы вежливо поставить немного подсолнечного масла для яичницы, на одну неделю бутылку масла покупать не стала, но хотелось сделать пару раз яичницу.

The location is ok, mostly for young people who do not mind walk a bit, change the metro line, etc. There is Pingo Doce at walking distance so you can buy something for the breakfest. The beds are good, the humidity is acceptable and seem to be a safe place. The appartment is on the ground floor so we could not open the window at night but this is not a problem.

There was an issue with the cleaning as we found a pillowcase seriously dirty (with human bodily fluid). That was changed by the owner (or the representant of the agency) but in fact it should not have happened and we were wondering if the rest of sheets were actually changed. The microwave was not functionning and the same person had to call somebody to enter our appartment to fix it during our stay. We informed the same person about our time of leaving but he did not come. 60 hours after we left he wrote to us saying that the appartment was left dirty. We do not agree at all as we are frequent travellers and always wash the dishes, leave no rubbish, clean the bathroom etc. If the owner do no trust his guests despite coming 3 times during their stay (and having the opportunity to asess the appartment), he should better come at the time the guests leave the appartment. Otherwice such behaviour is unfair.

Tudo equipado, muito limpo, cama confortável e espaço super aconchegante. Anfitrião super simpático e cuidadoso.
