Rommet og spesielt uteområdet var veldig fint med solsenger og stort basseng. Kort vei til stranda med solsenger som hørte til hotellet. Frokost og buffé var bra med mye utvalg. Utmerket service.

Opplegget med at man skulle levere strandhåndkler i spaet og få nye der, fungerte dårlig da det sjeldent var noen tilstede i spaet.

The hotel is new, and you can really tell. The rooms are digital, which I really liked. The room we had was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and an additional sofa. It was well-equipped with all the facilities you might need. The pool was also nice. The breakfast and the food served in the evening was good.The beach bar have a variety of drinks and they serve fast.

The hotel is not located on a beautiful beach — the shore is rocky right before entering the sea, and the water does not have that nice blue color you would expect. The lunch food was mediocre, with only a few fast-food style options available. We also had an unpleasant experience regarding a change in our booking. Right at check-in, I informed the reception and a gentleman from the office that I needed to shorten my stay by one night and asked if they could refund the last night. They told me they had checked with their reservations department and that if Booking approved, they would refund me. After I received Booking’s approval, they changed their position, saying it was a misunderstanding in wording on their part and that according to their policy they would not refund the night. While I understand it was within their rights, I was disappointed by their duplicity. I had informed them from the very beginning (at check-in, not during or after the stay), and they made me waste time going back and forth with Booking. To make things worse, before Booking’s approval they placed the blame on Booking, but once the approval was received, they shifted and refused.

Great attitude form staff. The pool in the room had a very nice size. You may easily go to some interesting cities like Channia during the day.

There was a problem with the entrance reader of my room and was not repaired at all during my stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good but any liquid you request from water to coffee or beer has to be paid separately, I believe you can keep that payment for alcoholic beverages and include the water or coffee already on the price of your stay.

Struttura eccezionale, siamo stati davvero molto bene! Lo staff ha dedicato particolare attenzione alle nostre esigenze come ad esempio colazione anticipata per la mattina della nostra partenza, bottiglietta di acqua per il viaggio. 🫶🏼

Solo una pignoleria: presterei un pochina di più attenzione alla pulizia delle camere: per una struttura di questo livello trovo poco carino lasciare vetri delle finestre sporchi (nello specifico la finestra che dà sulla piscina), piastrelle del bagno con aloni, doccia con la porta piena di calcare.

Struttura nuovissima, camera grande, pulizia impeccabile, servizio pure. Ottima cucina, varia e abbondante, continuamente rifornita, anche in chiusura di fascia oraria, oltretutto molto elastica.

Piscina troppo piccola rispetto alla struttura, con acqua bassa, piú che altro ad uso di bambini con gonfiabili e palle.Un hotel di questo genere necessita di una adeguata piscina per adulti, idealmente in prossimità della spiaggia ( come tanti hotel da noi visitati). Il mare prospiciente la spiaggia privata è bellissimo ma purtroppo poco fruibile per via del fondale che genera onde. I bagnini sono severissimi nel controllo, li abbiamo visti chiamare il guardiacosta per una persona che non ha obbedito al loro segnale di uscita ( con onde assolutamente tranquille). Non tornerei per questa ridotta fruibilità.Segnalo poi la presenza di tante scale, addirittura all’interno della camera stessa ( pericoloso, una notte ho rischiato di cadere per un risveglio al buio).

Das Hotel ist neu, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unsere Junior Suite mit Meerblick und eigenem Pool war außergewöhnlich großzügig, komfortabel und sehr modern sowie clean gestaltet – auf einem Niveau, das ich sonst nur von hochklassigen Linien bekannter Hotelketten kenne. Als nette Geste stand bei unserer Ankunft ein Begrüßungsdrink auf dem Zimmer bereit. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Buffets war an den griechischen Abenden sehr gut und alles hat einfach super geschmeckt. Die Drinks waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Als Kaffeefan muss man ebenfalls sagen, dass die Espresso-Zubereitungen und auch der Espresso aus dem Siebträger beim Frühstück außerordentlich gut schmeckten und im Preis mit inbegriffen sind. Top! Der Zugang zum privaten Strandabschnitt sowie die moderne technische Ausstattung des Zimmers waren ebenfalls top. Für einen entspannten Urlaub ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstückspersonal: stets aufmerksam, freundlich und mit spürbarem Beitrag zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Am Pool und am Strand gab es jederzeit ausreichend Liegen, und der Service funktionierte reibungslos. Insgesamt ist alles durchdacht angelegt, sodass man sich schnell wohlfühlt. Der kleine Ort Kavros ist bequem zu erreichen und bietet gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren.

Für uns war es seit Langem wieder ein Hotelaufenthalt mit Halbpension und reinem Erholungsfokus – dafür ist das Hotel auch sehr gut geeignet. Trotzdem gibt es ein paar Punkte mit Optimierungspotenzial: Beim Check-in wird man platziert und muss – trotz vorherigem Scannen der Ausweisunterlagen – zweimal alle Daten in ein Tablet eintragen. Währenddessen gab es kein Begrüßungsgetränk, und wir mussten mehrfach zwischen Rezeption und Sitzecke hin- und herlaufen. Die Option, das Ganze einfach direkt an der Rezeption auszufüllen, wurde gar nicht angeboten. Nach einer Anreise ist das schlicht nervig, zumal der Prozess so gut 20 Minuten gedauert hat. Insgesamt war das Personal – und vor allem der Vibe im Hotel – sehr unterschiedlich. Einerseits wirkt vieles sehr steif, man bekommt ungefragt lange Erklärungen und Rundgänge. Andererseits erfährt man wichtige Dinge, wie etwa die Möglichkeit, andere Kissen zu bekommen, nur zufällig – bei uns leider erst, als es schon zu spät war. Positiv herausheben möchte ich hier ausdrücklich das Frühstückspersonal – sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und mit einem super Start in den Tag. Ebenfalls positiv: Das Hotel hat bei einem Problem in unserem Zimmer sehr kulant und fair reagiert. Dennoch mussten wir über 30 Minuten warten, bis eine Lösung gefunden wurde, da gefühlt sehr viele Personen in den Prozess eingebunden waren. Hier könnten Abläufe aus Gästesicht noch deutlich schlanker gestaltet werden. Kleiner Tipp ans Hotel: spart euch den asiatischen Abend beim Abendessen!
