Posada Colonial Beach Villas

This first visit was excellent and the staff were exceptionally helpful! I was looking forward to my return trip the following weekend which was sadly such a disaster that we had to walk out after a few minutes in the room. We wouldn't return to this property.

We were sold a property at 108 Calle Perez which looked like this picture. In reality we were given a place at 150 Calle Perez which was not at all like any photos, or even the same location address given, and was oddly missing a wall so you could see in the hallway next to a bedroom all the way to the street. Asked to be moved because we were sold the 108 location where we were supposed to be returning to, the same as last weekend at beginning of our cruise & the previous location was completely different and was like the picture down. Sadly, we were told they were sold out and we unable to accommodate us with a safe and expected location, so we had to leave right after walking in because the missing wall didn't work for us for health reasons and life threatening allergies from a family member with us. I was surprised and disappointed it ended so poorly because our experience the previous weekend had been wonderful. They tried to say we had showered (only moved the shower mat off the toilet where it had been left in their dripping shower) and used the bathroom so they had to clean the whole place for the 15 minutes we literally stood in the entry deciding what to do, when we never touched the shower, only used the restroom once and it wasn't that clean when we arrived. I would not recommend this location after what happened the second visit, but would have after our first visit. I didn't expect to see a photo of every square inch of the room, but that was a pretty major photo to conveniently omit and the address was different than the one given in the ad so it felt like a bait and switch in the end. We were told if my daughter had allergies we shouldn't have come to Puerto Rico or the Caribbean, without any sympathy or understanding. There is a huge difference between going outside for short periods, carefully with proper protection and spending a whole afternoon/evening in outside conditions being surrounded by life threatening allergens.

Amazing experience clean space. Just need a bigger tv and a tv in each room.
