Villa was absolutely stunning

Smell in kitchen

The pool and deco were good and pleasing to the eyes. But we honestly don't know when they last cleaned the pool. There was no smell of chlorine from the pool too.

There was a strong sewage smell coming from the rooms' toilets. We bought air freshener to spray in the rooms but the smell continued. Eventually we turned OFF the ventilators in the bathrooms to reduce the smell. The floors felt dusty on the 1st day. After giving feedback, the staff cleaned the floor and it was better. The outdoor furnitures were not well maintained and there were cobweb and ants. There were 2 bedrooms with sliding doors but they could not be locked properly. Do not keep your valuables inside! The safe also did not function well so don't depend on them.

This villa was absolutely gorgeous with 5 huge bedrooms all with their own ensuite opening onto a lawn courtyard. The kitchen, lounge, dining and outdoor areas were spectacular all within view of the pool.

Our driver could not drive right to the villa as a villa was being built next door however this did not worry us. It was a short walk up the hill to our villa.

This is a very well designed villa, for your group or big family. The pool window from the livingroommis exceptional. We had a great time and while we didn’t need much the staff was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Villa, it's new and very clean. We love everything about it. The pool is beautiful and inviting. We love it so much that we didn't want to go anywhere and spent most of our time at the Villa, ordered lunch using gogek and only venture out for dinners. It's a short taxi ride from central Ubud. Host was excellent, very informative and helpful to any questions or requests. Will definitely book this Villa again!
