Perfect location to explore the city. Everything you need for a couple of days stay in lovely Ljubljana you'll find in the apartment. Parking around the block so some logistics needed to handel the luggage due to "car-free" citycenter. But all in all a great stay.

Beware of this property and the owners. My wife and I are normally very understanding and willing to overlook simple issues of this type rental. BUT our week stay was absolutely terrible due to a few key things with the property and the owners. First, the day we arrived the owners mother entered the rented property (without announcing herself) … my wife was undressing and getting ready to clean up for dinner. She (Karen, the owner’s mother) was demanding cash for the parking, and city taxes. She and or her son at one other point during our weeks stay entered the rental property, as the furniture on the patio was moved when we return back after a day of sightseeing. This is unacceptable in any context. Second, I had communicated with the owner multiple times prior and after booking in reference to getting a safe and secure parking for my new 100K euro luxury car. The rented me parking that was a block away from the rental apartment that turned out to me a complete joke. There was no specific parking… just a small parking lot of an apartment complex for the tenants of the complex. There were calls and SMS messages multiple times (almost daily) needing me to move my car as everyone played “musical chairs” trying to find a parking spot. Needless to say, the residence of the apartment (who have the rights to actually park there) were not happy with another car added to an already tight parking lot. Fast forward to the mid-point of our stay, my new car was vandalized by someone from the apartment complex. They ripped off my rear wiper blade, damaged my front 2 wiper blades, during the vandalism they scratched the hood of the car on one side, and scrapped the paint off the corner of the hood on the other side. Also, because of the extremely tight parking conditions, in a non-secure place, I also got 3 new door dings in the car. The total repair bill for the damage is more than 1,000 euros.

To compound the issues, the owner and his mother claimed that I need to never stay there again, and threated me about posting my experience in a review. Oh, it’s also important to note that we had to spend ½ day when we arrived cleaning the spiders and the webs from the apartment. And we had a constant issue with ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I know the owners are aware as there was many poison ant bait traps and ant spray under the sink in the kitchen. Finally, the patio was nasty and covered in pigeon poo…. Not a place I would ever recommend to anyone.

If stairs are difficult for someone this could be an issue(I believe they have a lower unit as well)

Wij hadden het loft appartement op de begane grond, en het was een mooi appartement, we vonden het wel jammer dat er in zo´n groot appartement maar een kleine kitchenette was, er was geen vaatwasmachine en de mini koelkast was gewoon te klein. Voor de rest niets op aan te merken, de ligging is echt top, midden in het centrum, dichtbij alle restaurants etc.!

Op de eerste dag werkte de verwarming niet, en was het een beetje koud, dat was wel jammer, Miha heeft dat wel goed opgelost verder! Op de laatste dag ´s morgens had ik geen warm water om te douchen, ook jammer.
