The room was not clean at all

La calidez del alojamiento, tanto humano como de sus instalaciones. Preciosa decoración, mejor que en casa, con todo lo que necesites para unos días de ensueño a dos pasos de la entrada del Kruger. Limpio, con un cómodo parking en la misma puerta del bungalow. Repetiría, una y mil veces. Su ubicación la hace perfecta para ir al Kruger por una entrada que te dará una imagen del PN diferente a las más al sur. Su anfitriona merece mención aparte, sonrisa sincera, presta para ayudar en lo que se necesite. No lo olvidaremos. Gracias

The property is in a very stunning and safe area, it’s absolutely clean, smells good, clean bedding and fresh towels. It has everything you need for a self catering accommodation and the bedroom is air conditioned which was a very important touch for the very hot temperature in Phalaborwa and there is a fan in the living area. Everything about this place works to the tea and we checked in after 10pm and they had someone wait for us which was amazing for us.

This was the second time I booked at this facility and the first time everything was exceptional, I enjoyed my stay but this time around the room was not as clean and the sheets were dirty, I was not impressed at all.

Everything was top notch, the bed was comfy, the sheets were clean and smell good, the towels were super clean and soft. Even the host was so nice, the chalet was super spacious, it's indeed good value for money.

I didn't like the fact that there was no air-conditioning in the living room but otherwise it's a nice place and I enjoyed my stay.
