Το κατάλυμα είναι άνετο και πολύ φωτεινό. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικά ήσυχο και πράσινο δρόμο και διαθέτει πολύ ευχάριστους χώρους και μπαλκόνι.

Οι σίτες των παραθύρων είναι εκτός λειτουργίας, χωρίς ωστόσο να έχουν αφαιρεθεί. Μοιάζει να υπήρχε κάποια διαρροή νερού στον χώρο της κουζίνας, για την οποία δεν φαίνεται να υπήρξε μέριμνα.

"Close to the beach comfortable apartment"

Luxury style property, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Great lighting and massive wraparound balcony. Walking distance to the beach and beach clubs. Great souvlaki shop and bakery near by as well as supermarkets, bars and cafes etc. It is close to the route for Airport Bus-Piraeus X96; if you’re going to and from the airport (it’s just 5.50€) then take a local bus or walk 25 mins.

Luckily it’s on the first floor, as there’s no elevator There’s no wall between the bedroom and lounge just the bookcase - so it wouldn’t be very private if you had someone sleeping on the sofa bed.
