L emplacement est idéal, la chambre bleue avec balcon est très jolie et agréable. La literie est très confortable, le plateau d accueil appréciable. Le personnel est très accueillant

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du prix payé pour la chambre ( inclus) même si le personnel qui assure le service est très bien. Les chaussons à disposition dans la chambre sont payants si vous voulez les garder une fois portés! Pareil vu le prix de la chambre c'est difficile à imaginer.

Atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo este hotel principalmente se tiver crianças. O hotel tem imensas escassas que são estreitas e escorregadias. Várias pessoas caíram à minha frente (eu inclusive) e o meu filho de 4 anos magoou-se na porta do elevador. Não me prestaram assistência, tive de andar com ele ao colo pela rua sozinha até que uns polícias me ajudaram e chamaram uma ambulância. Voltei do hospital, nem uma omelete me levaram ao quarto. As toalhas de praia eram a pedido e tive sempre a sensação que os estava a incomodar - de referir que fiquei hospedada no quarto mais caro do hotel. Nunca se ofereceram para ajudar com o que quer que fosse, nem com as malas, sendo que estava sozinha com uma criança de 4 anos. Zero proatividade, zero simpatia. Não volto, nem recomendo.

A localização é sensacional!!! Assim como a estrutura…. Além da equipe, super atenciosa!!!!

The location is brilliant. The staff are very helpful with recommendations & making you feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing!

The only elevator is very old and with only room for two, if luggage is on the ride with you it is claustrophobic.

Boutique hotel, does that mean a place where everything is painted one colour including light and socket switches.!! Breakfast only two hot plates eggs and bacon coffee out of a thermal pot. Bathroom freezing so towels never kept dry. In all i would not return.

Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Room and facilities were great and location excellent. Breakfast well served and very good
