Heater is not working well, room is not very well furnished with basic items such as room slippers, floor mat and bottled water (the bottles were only given to me after the room’s housekeeping the following day)

Location was 10/10. They changed the breakfast upon our request. Also, the building is beautiful.

The bed was uncomfortable, the bed linen was dirty, as if it hadn't been changed before our check-in. There was dust all over in the room, very exasperating. The shower area in the bathroom was tiled, but perhaps it wasn't finished well, because of which there were little worms *everywhere* creeping up when taking a shower! It was horrible. I had to stand on my tippy toes, never closing my eyes when taking a shower. Extremely scary and uncomfortable. Breakfast was weird and cold, so we asked them change to just fresh fruits for the rest of the stay, which they did.

Petit déjeuner réduit à sa plus simple expression genre plateau d'avion en modèle small. Le personnel qui commente l'hôtel dans leur smartphone pour faire la pub sur les réseaux sociaux en passant tous les 10 min devant votre chambre à partir de 6h du matin.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. I had to check in very late and they were waiting for me. The room is big and spacious and the style of the guesthouse by itself is very nice

For me the sheets didn't smell very fresh and I think the cleanliness could be improved. I was in a room next to the water maintenance room or something like that so I could hear the water running all night.
