Bastuviken Bed and Breakfast

Helt underbart ställe. Tog med mat och kunde sitta ute o äta efter att vi badat i sjön. Dag 2, efter utflykt på dagen så tog vi med mat hem. Bastun vid sjön var startad mot extra avgift o sedan var det bastubad o dopp i sjön. Helt underbart. Flera olika sittplatser i trädgården. Plats för att spela spel i trädgården. Fantastiskt trevligt värdpar.

Everything was simply perfect!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless — everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel extra comfortable and inviting. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if I needed anything but also gave me plenty of space. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was just perfect! Sadly, we only stayed for a night, but we are definitely coming back! The hosts are the definition of kindness! Not only the house, but also the whole property was like out of a fairytale. Thanks again for having us in this magical B&B!

This was a wonderful BnB with excellent facilities. The grounds are spectacular with many spots to enjoy the large lake. It is peaceful, quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much going to Hammarskog for walking and to the cafe. At the BnB, the rooms, kitchen, bathroom are all modern and top notch. For us, the shared common spaces, kitchen and bathroom, did not work so well. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful, excellent quality place to stay.

Catrine had many choices of food available in the kitchen. We enjoyed a varied breakfast.

We didn't realize that the property was so far from Uppsala, even though it was stated in the description. It was a good 30 minute drive to get into town for dinner. The view and house made up for it!

Very nice location at lake side with very nice hosts. Very relaxing and comfortable place to calm down and enjoy a classical Swedish environment with lake, small mountain and guest house. The breakfast was provided and we were able to follow our own schedule and needs, very appreciated.

Everything, if I could given 11 out of 10, I would have rated it at 11. The location, the calm, the design, the attention to detail. You had everything and more in this location. The warm welcome, the breakfast, the outdoor, and the common space were just fantastic.
