Spacious, clean and walking distance to the old town of beautiful Monopoli. Host very helpful.

Can be noisy outside due to motorbikes passing at night.

The apartment was really lovely and clean with good facilities in the kitchen (although we didn’t use to cook). The bedroom was calming and the outside space with the private plunge pool was very nice, although slightly overlooked by the building to the side. The bathroom is very small & the shower, although powerful needs a new base as very stained. We managed to find free parking around the corner with the help of Paola, who was super helpful throughout our visit. The location is great, set in a local street with the old town a lovely gentle 10 min walk, along the route into the old town are a few local wine bars which were also lovely. We visited the La Perla Noir beach club which was lovely if you want a day by a pool with a bar and lovely food. The beaches are small coves, again all within walking distance - 30 mins walk. Materasso troppo molle

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The location is excellent—just an 8–10 minute walk to the train station, beaches, and most of the main tourist spots, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment itself is well-equipped and spacious, with a small kitchen that includes a stove and all necessary utensils, making it perfect for a comfortable family stay. The highlight for us was definitely the jacuzzi—our daughter absolutely loved it! A special mention goes to Paola, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. She went above and beyond, even assisting us with our luggage from the train station to the hotel, which meant a lot since we were traveling with a baby. The only downside was that Booking.com mentioned an outdoor swimming pool, but we were informed upon arrival that it was not included. That was a bit disappointing. However, aside from this, everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The villa was beautiful, well appointed with everything you need, spacious enough for a couple. Very close to old town and walking distance to many great cafes, restaurants, and shops - everything you need. Parking was fairly easy, slightly harder on a weekend but very easy on weekday to get a spot out the front. The host was so lovely and kind, and very helpful with recommending places to go and anything we needed. We would absolutely stay again! 10/10

The property is in a great location, walking distance to the old town. The suites are beautiful and filled with history. Vittoria was amazing, so warm and generous. She really made our stay there exceptional!
