I liked what I actually booked but unfortunately was downgraded.

Being downgraded and being informed that the system chooses the rooms automatically, the staff at the office do not allocate the rooms. I’m not sure what system they use, but I worked in hospitality too and this was my second time to book the same accommodation at the place, only to be changed with staff on call unable to do anything. I’m glad I got my refund.
