Fantastic!

Veldig fint hotell, nyrenovert, rent, god romløsning. Frokosten var meget bra. Kan anbefale et opphold her.

Et dejligt sted med god beliggenhed og rigtig god morgenmad. De får kun fire stjerner grundet den mangelfulde parkeringsplads. De/I skriver om hotellet at parkering er tilgængelig, men i stedet burde der stå “ringe mulighed for parkering, hotellet råder kun over 2 p pladser”

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, lyhyt matka rautatieasemalle sekä vanhan kaupungin ytimeen. Loistava aamupala tuoreista raaka-aineista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneet olivat siistit, puhtaat ja tilavat. Ei kokolattiamattoa huoneessa.

Modern, urban style, suites with nice furniture and services, right inside the old city, very close to the Basilika Mariacka and the main market square. We spent four beautiful days in wonderful Krakow.

Hotel was clean and so cute. Staff was great. The breakfast buffet was actually really good!

This is a beautiful, well appointed boutique hotel in the centre of the old town. We wanted a hotel where our older teenager could have their own sleeping space, their suite gave us a separate sleeping to living area so our teen could have the sofa bed in their own area which afforded him some privacy. It’s easy walking distance of 10 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the main square (great options for food, pastries and a historical wander). Which means it’s not noisy. It’s modern, cozy and we loved the original features of exposed brick work and flooring. Individual temperature controls (heat and air conditioning) in each room meant we were the perfect temperature to sleep really well! The bathroom is great, walk in shower and all conveniences - shampoo and shower gel included. The bathrobes and slippers were a lovely addition. Even the view was nice, of a quaint little courtyard. With the window open we could also hear the bugle call from St Mary’s Basilica (not to be missed!) on the hour. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a taxi for the airport the evening before for overnight with no issues. The food was lovely, pastries, cooked food options and fresh juices. Very tasty and in the surroundings of a lovely restaurant flooded with natural light. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Krakow.

Dans mes recherches, j ai sélectionné un hôtel avec parking car je sais que c'est très compliqué de se garer à Cracovie. L'hôtel affiche ce service. Je leur ai envoyé deux fois un message pour connaître les modalités de parking. Je n'ai eu aucune réponse. En arrivant sur place, ils m'ont dit qu'ils étaient sincèrement désolé mais qu'il n'avait pas de place de parking. Je trouve cela assez honteux car quand on voyage avec des enfants qu'on doit se garer dans les rues etroites de cracovie pour décharger la voiture et ensuite essayer de trouver un parking qu'on doit payer en espèces. Aller retirer de l'argent prendre une commission de retrait de 25 sz pour payer un parking hors de prix et que cela ne semble pas du tout gêner le manager de l'hôtel , on a bien le droit de se fendre d'un commentaire négatif. L'hôtel est neuf donc forcément il est sympa. Mais à mon avis, compte tenu de la rigueur des propriétaires, cet hôtel ne restera pas sympa très longtemps. En tout cas, vous l'aurez compris. Si vous voyagez en voiture je vous le déconseille de réserver cet établissement
