Das Resort selbst bietet alles, was man sich eben so erwartet. Grundsätzlich kann man 24h lang immer etwas essen. Frühstücks-, Lunch-, und Abendbuffet sind abwechslungsreich und bieten eine große Auswahl. Auch für Vegetarier ist es wegen der einladenden Salatbar ansprechend. Das Animationsteam ist äußerst bemüht und das Hotelpersonal selbst ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großer Pool, die verfügbaren Rutschen und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.

Leider ist die Lage, für Menschen die auch etwas anderes als die Hotelanlage sehen möchten, etwas abgelegen. Ein Mietauto wäre hier empfehlenswert. Die Busabfahrtszeiten sind mehr Richtlinien, als fixe Abfahrtszeiten. Auch wenn das belegen von Liegen eigentlich verboten ist, hat man in der Hauptsaison keine Chance welche im Poolbereich zu ergattern, wenn man nicht schon gegen 7 Uhr morgens auf den Beinen ist. Persönlich hatten wir in unserer ersten Nacht probleme mit dem Bett. Es quietschte und krachte, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Das Hotelpersonal kümmerte sich zwar sofort darum, gegen Ende der Woche begann es jedoch von Neuem - nicht tragisch aber lästig.

The pools and facilities were really good! Staff was all very nice.

The food was alright. Nothing special. I didn’t like the Jasmine restaurant as it was not authentic Asian but it was too salty and it wasn’t to expectation for a five star hotel. They can improve in the menu The beach was not great. It wasn’t swimmable nor child friendly as waves were too high.

Rooms too small for a family of 4!

The resort was a 5 star but we would likely rate the amenities/facilities (pool area, bar, restaurants at 5 star but unfortunately the rest between a 3-4 star). The entertainment had a variety of acts, some amazing, some not great but kids disco daily and multiple daily activities to pick and chose which was great. Staff friendly, good with children and accommodating. The best thing by far was the food and guest services; Maria at guest services went above and beyond as did her colleague. I can not recall her name, but both were really helpful and accessible. Food was good quality, ample choice for both adults and children and couldn’t fault it!

The room! Unfortunately the room was more like a 3 star. The balcony was tiny, and expected bigger for a room with 2 adults, 1 child sharing. There were only 2 chairs for 3 people on the balcony and no room really to fit 3 of us on which made a difference as on previous holidays we spent most evenings on our balcony. This we could not do. The room could have been bigger in that we had 2 drawers, annd 8 coat hangers with no extra storage for 2 adults and 1 child. We were staying for 4 nights and moving on so had enough stuff for 2 weeks. As a result, we just lived out of our bags which again we had to store in the room on the sofa as there was no bag storage, just limited space I guess for 3. Had expected a lot bigger room. Our daughter enjoyed the kids disco but after a few days found it repetitive. The songs could have been changed after a few nights just to mix it up a bit.

This is very good ”tier 2” price level hotel. Not luxorious but good value for money with good quality.

Our stay was fantastic, we really liked the food and the swimming pool with different sections, entertainment program for kids and adults. Staff was fantastic too! Our plane was quite late, and they not only allowed us to use the pool and have lunch, but also provided a room to take a shower and get dressed.

Minor things - elevators are super slow and it's often easier to go via stairs, coffee machines could be improved, and beds could be a bit more comfortable
