Πεντάκαθαρο ξενοδοχείο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Φοβερό φαγητό με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Ευγενικότατο προσωπικό το οποίο το οποίο σε μια στιγμή ανάγκης μας άλλαξε δωμάτιο χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη, ο παιδότοπος πλήρες εξολισμένος για να απασχολούνται τα παιδιά με την κυρία ρίτσα που ειναι εκεί να τα κανει συνέχεια παιχνιδια και κατασκευές. Ο χώρος με τις πισίνες και τις νεροτσουλίθρες φανταστικός με πολλους ναυαγωσώστες να προσεχουν τα πάντα. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπιλεξουμε για διακοπές με τα παιδιά.

This hotel was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly, the food very tasty and different every day, great cocktails and drinks. Lovely beach with nice views, not very far from the Chania airport. We enjoyed the pool and especially the water slides very much. Had a lovely time overall, even at the end of the season when the weather was not perfect.

Initially, we had not received the room we paid for, which was a full sea view room. What we got was a side-view room at best, located in the side building. When I inquired at the reception, the lady claimed that it was a sea view room (see the photo) and exactly what we paid for. This upset me a lot, and only after I talked to the manager did they change our room to one in the main building the next day, which was finally what we paid for in the first place, with a lovely view. However, this took two days of our stay and annoyed me enormously. Even though this was clearly the hotel's mistake, there was no acknowledgment or even an apology from the hotel for their wrongdoing. After reading some of the reviews, I was left feeling this might have happened quite intentionally. Not what you expect when booking a 5-star hotel. The coffee was quite terrible and cheap as was the ice cream.

The hotel is well equipped with pools, slides, mini golf course, etc., so your young ones will have a great time. It is right on the coast, so you can decide where to swim. Our room was nice, with beautiful view to the sea.

The cleaning could be improved. It was not bad, but it definitely was not spotless. The food is various, but the quality is mediocre. After 2-3 days you just want to have something nice.

Nu exista bauturi imbuteliate, inclusiv apa plata sau minerala era de la dozator, nu mai vorbim de sucuri sau bere. Deserturile de o calitate slaba, mancare multa dar nimic deosebit ca si gust. Nu ne-au eliberat factura pe firma la check out pe motiv ca deja au eliberat factura pentru booking, de parca e prima oara cand fac rezervare pe booking si intotdeauna am primit factura fiscala de la hotel.

Mi.a placut ca avea tot ce trebuie pentru o vancanta cu familia!

Am rezervar pe booking si mi au spus ca factura o pot cere la proprietate, iar la check out nu au vrut sa imi elibereze factura!
