Two Bedroom Duplex Apartment

The property was spotless and offered excellent value for the price. I had a super comfortable stay, and the view from the breakfast table was beautiful - such a perfect way to start the day!

The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. It is in a very convenient area just outside of the city centre and located near a variety of shops and restaurants. The area was quiet and the apartment building was well maintained. The host, Nerys, provides lots of information about the flat and would have been on hand if we had any queries (which we didn't.) I would have booked for my next trip to Swansea if it were available! This property would be suitable for a wide range of groups as it is geared up for families (our two youngest children are 5 and 11) but there was a travel cot available if needs be. With the lift it would be no problem to have a baby or toddler in a buggy. I would recommend to anyone who needs to stay in Swansea.

Nothing, my only small suggestion to improve what is an incredible property is a small side table next to the sofa for my mug of tea in the evening!

Great location and very clean. Loved the child's den and toys to play with. Balcony was also a real bonus.

Very minor but could have done with a coffee table and bedside table in second bedroom.

The entire apartment was spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was perfect for our trip to watch the football as the stadium is only a 5 minute walk away
