Must be stair fit. No elderly persons as tough going up 3 flights of very high ceiling floors.
USLarge apartment with nice modern upgrades such as induction cooktop. Very unique windows, lighting & architectural features. Comfortable beds and linens. Great neighborhood palazzo with a large grocery store nearby, as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment!
Just be aware that it's a 4th story unit with no elevator.
