Location is very central, so can get anywhere pretty cheap using Grab. Also place is very neat and wifi is good.

Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Some areas are pretty moldy since there aren't proper ventilation.

"Overall, it was okay and cozy."

It was nice and cozy. The owner also provided some snacks. Everything works well and comfy.

The smell of this apartment is just weird, idk how to describe it but it was kinda smelly but it’s not bad smell or good smell. The bathroom is quite dirty also, lots of mold.

The apartment is clean, cozy & you can just go down to the shopping complex. Easy access to cafes & food court. The building is very secure, there are securities working 24hours in the building.
