Such a beautiful location, great scenery and the campsite wasn’t built up too much to enjoy it.

The location is outstanding. It was a beautiful place to unwind. John went above and beyond to accommodate all the guests. His hospitality was 10/10!!

Nothing. It was amazing!

We stayed in the luxury tent for a night with my family. It was a great experience and John was very helpful the whole time. We booked last minute and even though we arrived late to the check in John was able come from an hour journey just to light up the fire for us.

Overall the experience was great however we went during early May and it was very cold inside and there wasn’t anywhere to plug our phones.

The location is stunning, I didn’t quite believe that we would be staying literally within the mountains for scenery. The camp site is designed and maintained beautifully by John, he has an eye for attention to detail! The whole site had a real intimate feeling and we had a really lovely chilled stay. I booked this place with the idea that a whole family could share the bell tent. It was such fun and John made it special for us, helping to set up the BBQ area . It was quiet and we slept like babies. John was knowledgeable of the area and helped us in navigating our stay. Thank you John, we had the best time and we will be back x

Facilities were perfect, warm professional shower and toilet. Beautiful scenery with a really peaceful lake on site. The tents were very spacious and kitted right out with everything you need. John was very friendly and makes the stay feel very comfortable and exciting.

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated bell tents. well spaced out with a wonderful individual outdoor seating area and small fire pit. fantastic owner. There is a small beautiful stream perfect for the children to play in. The shower and toilet unti is very clean and attractive. A wonderful place to stay with fantastic mountain view.

The site is beautiful and scenic. The accommodation was stunning, extremely well set out and with nice facilities

The grounds were immaculately kept. The bell tents were pristine and the beds were comfortable.

A beautiful setting, well spaced bell tents, roomy inside and warm bedding, lovely touches like cushions and lighting. Our room had three double for two adults and two children. The kids loved playing in the stream and riding their bikes around and down the big hill. We enjoyed sitting round the fire pit and admiring the views. John was so warm and friendly, set up our fire pit for us and booked us dinner at a super local pub (The Carpenters Arms- cash only).

Really nice location, and fireplace. John is a great host. Spacious tents, lovely views from the property as it is in a big clearing. John was quick to respond to any requests and helped us throughout the stay, the fireplace set up was amazing.

Since this was titled a luxury experience we perhaps expected a few more amenities, such as toiletries (soap shampoo etc)
