AMMOTTI Hotel

Only the location is great, close to the lake and the old town, but the rest was not good.

We booked this hotel because of the parking, however when we arrived we were told not to leave the parking space, because someone else could take it. We travel a lot, but we have never had such a bad bed before. The mattress is made of memory foam and completely sunken in the middle. The pillows were also bad, hard and overstuffed. Because of this we slept very badly. The bed linen and towels were clean, but the rest was not. Cobwebs and spiders in several places, windows with stubborn dirt, and it is sold as a DELUX apartment with a lake view. The apartment is spacious, but the bathroom is very small, without any shelves, nowhere to put a toiletry bag, without a single towel hook. The apartment is sold with a kitchen, but there is a stove, and there are no cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc.)... absurd! There was usually no one at the reception, not even at the time of our departure. Therefore, we sent them a message that we were leaving and that we would leave the key in the door, but no one answered our message or greeted us.

Muy limpio. Cerca del centro a 5 minutos paseando por el paseo del lago. Tenía un pequeño balcón. La habitación con un buen ambientador. Zapatillas de un solo uso. Me avisaron cuando la habitación estaba lista antes de hora.

No tiene recepción 24 h pero se ponen en contacto para saber la hora de llegada y hay un teléfono. No tiene ascensor. Las vistas al lago son laterales. Las camas un poco incómodas.
