the guards are very friendly, night and morning shift

previous guest left their inner in toilet. no extra plastic bag for rubbish disposal. lift breakdown from we checked in till the nx morning, we have to walk to level 8, and no choice to check out when we going for breakfast, because we don't want to experience the walking up 8 level again. I have to send my sister with my age 70+ mother to another hotel at 12am midnight since impossible to get her walk to level 8, and is lucky that the hotel still available on xmas night. send the photo on key returning to mailbox to host upon check out, but no respond from host.

Very strong wifi n TV sets, great views, more beds and rooms..

The Common toilet bowl is too close to the wall/tap for an adult.. The car park is right below the birds nesting, heavy birds dropping overnight.. No sofa...

The price is valuable. Recommended to those who looking for cheap and big size apartment

The pillow is really poor. All of us can't sleep well due to the poor quality of pillow.

Bad experience with the host. The host was unresponsive. Due to an emergency, we were unable to proceed with the trip. We understand that it's a non cancellation booking, hence we tried to request for a change of date. The host rejected our request as he claimed that the unit is booked on the date that we want to change to. However, it's clearly shown on booking.com that the date we wanted was still available. Worst is the host did not send any instructions for check in. Called the host for it at 3pm and he only gave the instructions after 3 hours. Luckily we did not plan to continue with the stay already. If we were to really check in on that day, we would be lost just outside the area without an instruction to check in.

I like the view, it is impressive. Also, the host help to switch on the aircond early so that the whole apartment is cool when we arrive. Really appreciate this.
