"Superb sea view , Average rooms and hospitality"

Location was great! Overlooking the patnem se beach

Lack of proper 4 wheeler parking ,hard to locate the property from the main road, no proper reception area , rooms lacked electric kettle , mini fridge .

"Best beach stay in South Goa. 10/10 recommend"

Very clean property and right on the beach. The staff and the entire management is really professional and take care of your needs and requests and are available to help you out. The food in the restaurant is great as well. Would recommend this stay to anyone travelling to South Goa and wants to stay on the beach.

The small stretch leading to the hotel from road is not all paved but it would be the case for any beach property so no worries. The hotel staff helps you carry your luggage.

"Pleasant stay at Patnem"

The view from the room is picturesque. It's a perfect spot for a calm getaway.

The facilities provided are far less. For a place like Goa , no fridge, no coffee sachets or kettle was a negative for me.
