Kaiyana Boracay Beach Resort

Location is at the quiet end of the beach although a short to walk to main strip. Stairwell up to our room was abit tight but nothing we couldn’t handle. Breakfast was ok.

Location, staff,

The noisy people around you, kept us awake till 3am one morning. Could do with some sound proofing!

Wonderful location, great view from the room. Comfortable, good quality linens.

A little small, There was a leak in my room when it rained.

We loved the atmosphere and the staff were excellent, Like a lot of properties in the Philippines since covid its a bit run down but clean and the service was excellent.

Quiet location at the end of station 3.

- was charged 10% service regardless of the fact that we were staying there - narrow stairs so it was difficult to carry luggages - cleaning was done once, just because it was requested. - hot water difficult to achieve. Boiler not working most of the time and hard to regulate the water temperature - fixed breakfast menu, usually containing cheap products. Eventually, I bought groceries for them to be able to serve breakfast.
