Kaiyana Boracay Beach Resort

This beach resort gives you an authentic island vibe in Boracay. Located right on the beach you can’t get closer to the beautiful White Beach. Hotel reception can be a bit hard to find if you don’t know where you are going but just contact the staff at CocoLoco bar and restaurant and they will get staff to come get you. Also, when you arrive from the port and take a tricycle, they will most likely drop you off on the main road and you have to walk a little alleyway to the beach. Not all tricycles will drop you off beachfront. When you reach the beachfront turn right and walk 50-100 meter and you are there. All island charm and island vibe. Just embrace it. I think it will be possible to book a transfer, not sure, but that will probably take you closer and might be easier for most people. The staff at CocoLoco is amazing. They will help with most everything, from laundry service to excursion bookings. I stayed in a superior room with a view, beautiful view, greens and ocean. The room is simple, with a comfy big bed and an ok bathroom, again, simple, but you get the island vibe. Breakfast is served at the CocoLoco bar and restaurant. no buffet, but from a menu. Lots of different options, both Filipino and western style, and very tasteful. The only thing is that you can only choose either coffee or juice, not both, which is a bit weird. I would go for juice and then just walk along the beach to find a coffee shop to have your morning caffeine kick. Recommend Real Coffee and Tea Cafe... Highly recommend this hotel I will definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful location, on the beach. All the staff was friendly. A short walk in the sand is required to get to the hotel. Quite beach

The resort is situated on the more relaxed part of the island, which is nice, and you can reach the busier centre in a few minutes. The beach is clean and well-maintained, the sea is very beautiful, and the whole island is just amazing. The apartment is just a few steps away from the beach, but bear in mind that from Boracay Port you have to take a tricycle and they will drop you 500m away from the Resort, and to get to there on the sandy beach can be very challenging if you have big suitcases. The staircase is very narrow, with big suitcases it is also challenging.

On our first day after breakfast we locked the door of our room, we checked the door multiple times if it was locked, but when we came back 30min-1 hour later the door was unlocked. We locked it again, checked it again multiple times if it was locked, came back again 30 min-1 hour later, the door was misteriously unlocked again. We asked the staff what happened, maybe someone was cleaning and forgot to re-lock the door, even though after one night is very rare? They said no, but they told me if I see the door unlocked again, let them know. It was never unlocked again. After this incident the staff started to behave a bit unfriendly. Electricity went off after breakfast, however door locks are mechanical, not depending on electricity, therefore the blackout cannot be an explanation for the unlocked door. We checked and nothing was missing from our room, but I recommend to lock your valuables with your own safety tools. Breakfast is very limited, even though they have a lot of options, you could choose from 4-5 different meals, and all of them are the basic variant. (E.g- omelett with cheese only)

I recently stayed at Cocoloco and had a wonderful experience. Its prime beachfront location provided easy access to the sand and sea. The green, cozy grounds created a tropical atmosphere, while my spacious, stylish room offered great comfort and stunning views. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast—American, English, or Filipino—with a beautiful sea view. The friendly staff further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway!

Cocoloco has a perfect location! Magically beautiful. The best genuine bar and rooms/hotel that form a little quiet oasis of their own. Or stay like us above the bar with a 30 sqm terrace with a sea view. The staff and owner are wonderfully helpful. Thanks to the location you avoid most of the vendors. Just perfekt

Great resort. 2nd time in 2 years. Our Christmas holidays in Boracay are full of happiness and joy. We will ge back next year! Great staff, very professional and kind!

Another gem in quiet side of Boracay. The room assigned to me is spacious and has comfortable beddings - an extra pillow costs extra though. My room is tucked in a lush garden but still close to the beach. The hotel people are always friendly, even those at the restaurant. Had a quick chat with the owner while checking out - a very nice man. Thank you. Will for sure consider staying here again.
