Seafront Sunset Studio&Rooms

The location was fantastic and not sure you could beat it in Zadar. We could watch the sunset from the balcony and within seconds could be in the water straight off the promenade. Just round the corner from bars and restaurants. Flat was beautifully decorated and really comfortable. It was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay. For some people, they might find the stairwell and lift a bit off-putting but it really didn't bother us one bit as the apartment is so lovely and in a superb location.

Can not beat the location. It was clean it was everything we expected and more. If I had questions, Josip was one txt away.

The building was not the best but you need to look past that.

Great location overlooking the waterfront. 5 minute walk to the Sea Organ or into the centre of Old Town. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air con, TV and shower all worked perfectly. The instructions and communication from the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful room, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location

Very nice apartment in a good location. Some of the boat trips call at the pier which is about 100 yards away from the front door. There was a secluded balcony with a view of the sunset and the islands opposite. The heart of the old town was about 5 minutes walk with a very wide choice of places to eat and drink. The footbridge to the rest of Zadar was about 10 minutes walk. This is where most of the boat trips go from. Highly recommended is the view from the bell tower in the old Roman Forum only 5 minutes walk away. We didn't have a car so used the buses and Uber to get around. The buses are very cheap (€1.60 for a ticket valid for 30mins) but finding which one to get was not easy. However the tourist information office was very helpful for that. If you want a sandy beach you need to go up to Nin. The water here is clean and stays shallow for several hundred yards out so it's very safe for children. You can get a bus there and then walk 15-20 mins to Queen's Beach, or you can be lazy and just get an Uber direct to the beach (about €20 depending on the time of day). There's a beach bar which just sells drinks and ice cream or another bar further along which does limited food (burgers and chips) and also drinks. On the up side the beer is very cold! We visited twice and brought our own food the second time. There's not much shade so a brolly or a beach tent is essential. We did two boat trips from the old town - one whole day to the Kornati national park on board the Leut and one half day on one of the old style sailing ships. Both excellent days out and good value for money

There were no utensils in the apartment. We expected that an "apartment" would have some basic kitchen things but apart from a kettle, two teaspoons and two mugs there was nothing else. There was a small fridge but this was in a cupboard and inadequately ventilated so it only worked properly if we left the cupboard door open. However this was all that was wrong - not huge things but sorting them out would make a big difference to the convenience of the place.

Unfortunately in the building you have a very unpleasant smell from the surrounding apartments.

Amazing stay! The view was absolutely stunning, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable — everything was perfectly arranged for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
