Luxury Room Suites Benevento

Price was the best feature. Breakfast was ok nothing special but it was what we expected. rooms were clean had a TV as well.

I was given the keys and the front door code by the cleaning lady. She was the only person I had live communication with. The communications from Luxury room Suites was poor. Feedback was vey limited on their part.

The owners took 2 payments and refused to acknowledge this. I gave them proof and they ignored me. I took this to booking.com who said they would refund. They did not. They continued to say they would refund but did not. Do not give them your bank details.

Location very central but no parking unless you pay, need to carry suitcases from car park and a flight of stairs to room. But room was wonderful.

No lift for elderly and had to park a block away.

We stayed just one night at Luxury Room Suite Benevento as we needed a place to spend the night after a longer drive from Siena in Tuscany. Benevento the city it self truly surprised us and regret not staying longer to explore more. Our suite was perfect and exactly what was described in the photos and write up. We arrived later then expected but was able to still meet Angelo (a colleague of the suite) to collect the keys and be given the tour of the suite. It's located in the perfect part of town just with in the old city very close to safe parking lot where we kept our car. The suit has plenty of space, comfortable beds and bathrooms/shower. We didn't use the steamer or jacuzzi as we weren't there for long enough to do so. They even provided us with water, juice, coffee, cornetti, toast, jam and some small cookies for breakfast! Id recommend staying in this suite as its been renovated to be a very comfortable modern apartment with all the amenities you'd need for a short or long stay.
