Comfortable City Centre Room

Location easy to get to. Buses, pub and restaurants etc all close by.

No particular dislikes.

Room was basic, but bed was comfortable.

The key broke in the lock (apparently this isn't a common occurrence, only happened 3-4 times in two years), it took about two hours to get in touch with the managers and get replacements provided. There is on street parking outside the property, DO NOT PARK THERE - the car was broken into overnight and the passenger side window smashed.

Kind of clean.

Bed too small, very cold room, not enough bed sheets, bed uncomfortable, too many stairs, way to awkward to access the property. Area to dimly lit,,.no kitchen ie tea coffee milk etc.

The bed was comfy and clean

Bathroom unpleasant smell I booked for 2 only got 1 towel between us

It was much cleaner and quieter than I expected from the reviews. Shower was fine. It had a kitchen with kettle. It had a window. An almost-full-length mirror. A bedside lamp. Towels! (2 of them!) And an electric plug-in heater.

Bed not terrible but not great. All the furnishings were super cheap and there was too much grey. Given there was a kitchen with kettle, mugs and teabags, it would've been nice to have some milk.

Bathroom was clean and it was really nice having towels, place was easy to find and easy to check in

Bed was quite comfy. Kitchen had enough bits to cook basic meals.

This is a room in a shared flat (shared kitchen and bathroom) with 4 rooms for rent. I hadn't picked up on the shared bathroom from the advert (which didn't state shared or private). Small room (which was clear from the advert) but nowhere to hang clothes and no ironing facilities. I didn't think this was good value for money as a result.
