Comfortable City Centre Room

Dirty, noisy, mattress super uncomfortable and dead bugs.

Roof over my head for the night and a bathroom to wash in

Smelled of smoke in the room when we arrived, was given 2 different key codes and building was difficult to find

Easy to find, really good place for a night's stay! Slept really well.

Lots of stairs and bathroom was a little untidy however as we were only staying for one night it wasn't too much of a problem!

Location was in walking distance to the city / places we wanted to visit so this was no issue for us though I can see it being a dodgy location especially at night. The owner was very helpful over the phone. The place is what you pay for - it's cheap and has everything you need; it will not be the best place ever. Did appreciate the hair dryer, towels and wifi for the room though.

The floors were quite creaky and the doors did slam quite a bit from other people being in the flat. Also, I think I missed on the advert if it had a shared bathroom - I didn't realise this and it was quite dirty. The shower was not the best at all - no water pressure, quite literally dribbling water. The temperature was extremely hot and then extremely cold when I used it as well. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper between the three rooms on the top floor.

Location was good but rest of it was poor
