The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The entire environment is best for relaxation.

May upgrade the shower water heater. The surrounding area is super cold and if the water heater able to produce more hotter water then shall be best.

At room need to wear shoes due in the camp do not have any carpet. Not suitable for 2 years kids and below.

I went here on 12nov25 for celebrating my husband birthday.The main reason I choose this place because its a pet friendly glamz.The room was clean and cozy.The toilet was outside,clean and privacy.They provide fan,hair dryer,cups,coffee,tea,biscuits.The environment was so beautifull with alot of flowers and trees.Night time the weather was so cold -can reach 17°c.So better bring your own sweater.They also provide barbeque set,utensils and charcoal- its already included in the price that we paid but only the meats we have to bring by ourself.The staff were so helpfull and so friendly - The Myanmar lady came and help us to set up the fire.i would like to stay more days but since this glamz no wifi internet connection.I just stay for 1 day only.If there is a wifi connection,will stay here more days.Anyway its a lovely stay.Thanks.

1.No wifi 2.The pathway to reach the gold crest was too narrow.Kind of scary. 3.No carpets or bed for dogs.

It's a good place for groups gathering. It offers an enjoyable atmosphere with pleasant ambiance.

Overall, the experience was decent, but a few issues made the stay slightly less enjoyable: We were charged an additional RM100 per person per night based on the number of guests rather than the tent’s maximum capacity. Unfortunately, this pricing detail was not clear during the booking process. The staff member who assisted with our check-in had limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to communicate our requests effectively. For those self driving, please be aware that the road leading to the property is quite steep, and parking space is limited.

Lantai berbatu, suggest utk ada some platform/slab

I booked a tent with two double beds on Booking.com, thinking it was enough for my family of five. But when we arrived, we were told the booking was only for two people, and we had to pay extra for the rest. They said pricing is based on headcount, not the room, which was never mentioned during booking. I felt forced and misled. This is an issue between the property and the platform, not something guests should deal with at check-in. Also, we had to bring our own food and cookware, there was no fridge or water dispenser, and the parking space was very small. Definitely not worth the price. A bad experience overall – we won’t be coming back.
