While there was no personal contact, there was a WhatsApp contact, which never failed to deliver quick responses to any problems. I contacted several times and things were sorted out immediately. Within 400mt of tram and bus transportation. Apartment was very well appointed, with everything possible that you would need. Nice flatscreen to. Just like home.

Something that management cannot control, was the noise from people on the street below.

L´apartament és un complex de molts apartaments amb ascensor. Les instal·lacions estan ben cuidades i tot molt net. La cuina estava ben equipada i amb microones. Hi ha rentadora, aire a condicionat i wifi. Està situat a 35 minuts caminant al parlament. La zona d´oci de Budapest la tens a 1 minut. Hi han supermercats a 8 minuts caminant. Si vas en cotxe, l´apartament està en un carrer peatonal, pots descarregar però no estacionar. Vaig estacionar en un pàrquing situat en el C/ Rottenbiller per 7 euros el dia, que està a 15 minuts caminant. Si es posible demanar que la finestra NO doni al carrer peatonal ja que hi ha el Bar Ruina mes famós de Budapest i per la nit hi ha molt de soroll.

Nice, comfortable and spacious place. Great to stay there and explore the city since you are in the middle of the town to explore anything.

I splet good but its above Simpa Kert, party place so if you are sensitive for the noise my be a problem. But with closed windows its quite fine and you have AC as well.

Nice spacious apartment that had good facilities. Close to public transport and if you like walking about half an hour walk to the banks of the Danube. The street and surrounding streets have plenty of places to eat and there are two supermarkets at the end of the street.

It is right across the road from Szimpla Kert which could be good or bad depending on your view. For us it was a minus because the noise from it went until 4am each night which made it hard to sleep. Other people may like being across the road from the oldest ruin bar in Budapest.

The apartment itself was fantastic actually, everything was clean and comfy, the host made great interior and it is close to shops, restaurants, etc., BUT...

... It is right above a night club and there is a crowd yelling and screaming till 3-4 am below your window. We managed to handle the noise with ear plugs but otherwise you just can't sleep.

Perfect for a short trip in Budapest.
