Entrance of hotel must welcoming Hotel can accommodate only 6,7 cars in parking There are no shades in parking, only one car can be parked in shade

"Not Bad But Can Be Improved!"

The location is excellent.

Operational functions should be improved as my online booking wasn't checked and I was welcomed as a walk-in guest. Also, I tried to extend my stay online but it wasn't possible, despite having the room vacant. Despite telling them that I was staying for 2 days, they still thought I was checking-out the next day. Also, confusion in payments and packages. Wasn't given a complimentary breakfast despite being shown the booking.

Location was good.

There is no refrigerator available in the room. No shade / green net provided over the parking area to protect cars from sun heat and during rain. Room service staff was so lazy. Required improvements.
