"Host and bed good, thought needed on safety ."

Left too early for breakfast.

We arrived around the time we thought to find a code was needed to get in. Then we waited for our host to arrive to show us the 7 bedrooms sharing one bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfy and quiet but no fire exit and steep stairs were a little alarming given the number of people staying.

The location was very close to Luton airport. The room was clean.

There was no hot water. The electric shower wasn’t hot either. Apparently the boiler stops working if the weather is too hot! There was no glass in one panel of the shower cubicle. Communication stopped as soon as we mentioned the water issue. It was very noisy with other guests slamming doors.
