Nothing! On arrival at the property I found the front and rear gardens unkempt with grass over a foot long. There were damaged unroadworthy cars parked in the garden. The neighbouring properties were clean and well kept so this property stood out like an eyesore. Upon entering the property I found the staircase and first floor walls covered in black and dirty marks. There was another guest walking from the first floor to the ground floor in nothing but his boxer shorts only. The first floor area and my room stunk of cigarettes and cigarette smoke to the extent that it made me wrench. I left the property after 10 minutes as it was unbearable and dangerous due to the obvious live cigarettes and potential fire risk.

Todo estuve bien,por decir algo “malo” el baño estaba un poco viejo pero todo funcionaba bien.

Communication was really good, professional and polite.

Very dissapointed in the overall building, floor boards very creaky, windows didn't all work (opening/locking). Dated bathroom could do with modernising. Tv was also broken.

Bad odours everywhere. Hair on the pillows. Couldn’t lock the front door.

I needed a bed for an early flight from LTN. The property is at walking distance from the airport terminal, but not under the flight path. Raj was a helpful and welcoming host. There is a corner shop nearby for the essentials, although free coffee/tea and fresh milk were provided.
