Beautiful Sliema Seaview Apt

The apartment is beautiful and very well located, with easy access to restaurants. It’s right in front of the sea and great for walks along the beachfront promenade.

Unfortunately, my family and I had a negative experience. When we arrived, we found a cockroach nest in the kitchen, under the sink. I contacted the owner, and he came to the apartment to see the issue and speak with me. We reached an agreement, and I decided to leave the apartment and requested a refund through Booking, which was processed. I believe that if the apartment’s pest control is kept up to date, it can be a good accommodation option.

The property was very clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. The building itself is older but fully renovated, with three newly added floors. There is an elevator, everything works perfectly, and the place is spotless. The location is excellent as well, right in front of the bus station. Overall, a great stay!

As for the things I didn’t like, we did notice some cockroaches. In my home country they are not very common, but I’ve heard that in Malta the soil and climate make pests more frequent. There weren’t many, but we would see two or three a day sometimes in a drawer, sometimes elsewhere. Because of that, we kept all food either in the oven or the microwave, and we stored all of the dishes in the dishwasher at all times. It’s possible that no one stayed in the apartment for a while, which might be the reason for the cockroaches. The air conditioners also didn’t heat very well; mine displayed the ‘CL’ code, which means the filter needs cleaning to work properly. Still, even knowing about the bugs, I would choose this place again. The apartment is spacious, lovely, and in a fantastic location

Świetny stały kontakt z gospodarzami, bardzo pomocni-zatrzasnęły nam się drzwi z kluczami w środku w expresowym tempie otrzymaliśmy pomoc z ich strony. Apartament świetnie zlokalizowany, na 3 piętrze, ogromny przestronny i przede wszystkim czysty. Wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty i wyposażenie, przepiękny widok z balkonu, pod apartamentem restauracje- blisko na śniadanie obiad czy lody. Przystanek autobusowy zaraz na przeciwko wyjścia z budynlu. W odległości 2min dwie piękne plaże. Po prostu 10/10 polecam serdecznie i mam nadzieję, że jeszcze wrócę w to miejsce.

Lägenheten har ett fantastiskt läge och utsikt. Den är rymlig och praktisk. Bra luftkonditionering Busslinjerna går precis utanför.

Very nice view, large apartment, 4x air conditioning, clean. Everything is at hand, walks, public transport, great beach across the street, etc.
