Perfect central location for exploring the north of Ithaca and just a few minutes walk into Stavros with its restaurants, cafes and shops. The accommodation is new, very clean, modern and has a lovely garden to relax in. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. There was a nice welcome pack awaiting us. Sophia and Yanis were great hosts and manager Christina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable giving us lots of information on the area.

We liked everything about this property.

This was the perfect little haven for my partner and I. The property was modern, well looked after and they really had thought of every detail!! Fresh bread, olive oil, etc on arrival was a lovely touch. The place was extremely clean and they serviced the villa regularly!! The location was superb - close to a small village with restaurants and cafes. I would like to also mention that the owner went above and beyond for us on our last night (where we misplaced our key). We cannot rave about this place enough and will definitely be back!!

Beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Great location with little shops and restaurants nearby. Loved the outdoor area and the apartment had everything we needed.

Well equipped, clean and good layout. Aircon worked very well in the heat!!

The design is exceptional and the location is close to several beaches and restaurants. It is quiet and spacious. Everything is well thought out and the communication from the host is articulate and quick. Generally when booking stays in Ithaki, you do so in advance and from time to time you have questions that come up. It is important that you get responses in a timely manner and with Olivea homes, we always had questions answered quickly. I honestly wanted to move into the house it was so beautiful and the outside area was worthy of a design magazine. The towels and sheets are monogrammed Guy Laroche and good quality, the appliances are high end, but we never needed to cook because the restaurants in Ithaki are wonderful and not expensive.

There was nothing I did not like.

I was visiting Ithaca for the first time, along with my adult son. Olivea was an absolutely PERFECT place from which to explore the island! The villa is pristine and very well decorated, the sheets and towels are top notch, and the outdoor patio was spacious and inviting. There are several wonderful tavernas in Stavros, Kanenas was our favorite. Christina, the property manager was SO warm and welcoming that we felt at home right away, and she continued to stay in touch and make great recommendations about things to do around the island throughout the week. Olivea is a fabulous vacation retreat, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I stayed there for five days. The holiday home was very natural and cozy, equipped with everything I could ever need. In my garden was a ancient olive tree. I really enjoyed having my dinner under its branches. The hosts Sophia and Yanis were very welcoming and left me with incredible memories of Ithaca. when I checked in they brought me fresh, locally made bread, cheese and strawberries. The manager Christina was amazing and knew everything about Ithaca. She helped me a lot. Thank you guys. Can’t wait to come back again. Xin
