"We had a good stay."

Almost everything. The communication was casual and easy. Check in process was straightforward and hassle-free. 2 parking spots. Thank you owner for allowing us to receive some unexpected guests. The apartment was spacious and spotless clean. Beddings were comfortable with extra folded mattresses available. Even though we can't cook in the kitchen, it came with microwave for easy heating and drinking water dispenser. Interesting TV channels for everyone. A big fridge.... Nice unobstructed view from the balcony. Overall, we had a good stay there.

1. Aircon is definitely a must in the living hall since the weather can sometimes be super hot. 2. An extra card to access parking/lift is greatly welcome. If we go out, those who stay back in the homestay can't go anywhere else since the lift is card-activated.
