The owner's response is good, Nice maintenance, care taker also good, I stayed here for 2 nights, it's really good for people who don't want to stay with family in hotels, I liked it. Thanks to booking.com and the owner for providing the best service.

Rooms are good

Doesn't even allow friends to visit into rooms for just for 1hr it's not good because they are asking extra money for friends to meet and leave

the caretaker is good

I booked 2 room apartment and everywhere it shows 2 bed room but at the end the owner said, its price of 1 bed room only and gave access to one bed room only. He showed a note says if the price if 2 bed room comes cheaper then he gives access to 1 bed room only. How one can know the price of 1 or 2 bed room especially if its new location? Then he shouldn't show booking as 2 bed room apartment.Beware of the contradicting information of this property.
