Porto Unique Downtown Garden

Location was perfect. Flat was lovely and had potential to be the ideal stay. Beds were comfortable. Broken hairdryer was replaced very promptly.

Broken sofa which was not flagged up to us . Consequently no comfortable space for our group to sit. No apology or recompense given and this is an ongoing issue. Not enough basic supplies for one week. Only one dishwasher tab provided and limited number of toilet rolls. Short of wine glasses . No oven gloves or kitchen scissors. An extra set of keys so each couple could take one out with them would be helpful. In winter when drying is an issue a fresh set of towels midweek would be a welcome gesture. More tea towels needed too. Hot water was a bit erratic in the showers. Some basic maintenance would improve the property … hooks off walls and some dodgy drawers in wardrobes gives a bad first impression . Our stay ended with an overnight leak from the bedroom ceiling which we reported right away.

Location was great. Except the living room furniture was not to the stander. Back of the couch was broken, in short not comfortable.

Great location, and lots of space! Great to have to bathrooms too.

Both showers had black mold issues, that should not be there. Also basic cooking oil would be great to have, besides salt.

Super lokalizacja, ładne i nowoczesne mieszkanie. Dwie łazienki, porządne ogrzewanie i ciepła woda (pobyt w grudniu). Wszędzie było blisko (do najważniejszych atrakcji, portugalskiej Biedronki, dworca, metra itd.)

lo que mas me gusto es la casa en si, lo malo es que una casa sin poder sentarte en el sofa por que no tenia respaldo, estaba roto y tampoco pudimos ver la tv, no tenian antena conectada y la tv estaba bloqueada al tener ya numero de cuentas sin contar que sin antena poca tv puedes ver, creo que igual que piden un precio por algo que te ofrecen, tendrían que tener en cuanta la devolución de una parte por lo que me encontré yo, aparte lo comente en mensaje nada mas llegar y yo no recibi mensaje ninguno de ayuda.

el sofa roto sin respaldo, con lo que no pudimos sentarnos en el sofa durante la estancia, la no tener tv, ya que no tenia antena conectada y si tenia opcion de meter por internet alguna plataforma si dispones de ella, pero tampoco se pudo ya que tenia la tv bloqueada ya con varias cuantas registradas. creo que tendrian que devolver una parte por estas molestias, llegas cansado de estar todo el dia andando y no puedes sentarte a descansar y ver algo de tv.

Great location, close to sights, restaurants, bars and small supermarkets

Some things needed replacing e.g. wine glasses, we have let the property know, hopefully they will take action.

Sofa was broken. TV did not work until the third day when, after numerous calls with the host, it was finally resolved.
