INMYMYOur booking was confirmed from 30 Oct - 1 Nov. However, when we arrived the staff informed that our room is no longer available, and offered us a much smaller rom. We then moved to another hotel. But suddenly the staff said, that our room is actually available and it was just misunderstanding. You wasted our energy and time. Bad service.
