The bed was soft and comfortable and the owners are very kind, breakfast was good

Good location a bit outside of "town" but everything is still reachable in a few minutes. Room was big and clean. Super helpful people, helped us booking a public bus connection and drive us there really early in the morning. And one of us had a small cut on the knee for exploring the countryside which they provided us some disinfects and small patches for.

Everything smooth. The owner was always there with us ready to help!

Friendly owners who are trying hard. Room and bathroom are clean. Vietnamese breakfast is tasty. Good bicycles for rent. Kids are cute! Location is a bit far from town (which we knew and choose for more peaceful experience) so having a bicycle or other transportation is necessary. If biking, need a headlamp as part of road back is not lit.

Would recommend re-doing the caulk in the bathroom (because of staining) and replacing the worn bathmat. It would improve the impression. This accommodation worked for us, but it is a basic accommodation so others booking should set their expectations accordingly.

If you are a person who loves nature and quiet places, do not scroll down... This place is just perfect! 1. It's located near the city center, but far enough to not be in the hustle and hustle of it's streets. It is located under the mountain and you have a very beautiful view from your window. It's quiet and peaceful, you can see goats, and water buffalos with farmers going in the morning and living their lives 😊 2. The family that owns this place is just lovely. Even though they do not speak very well English they always have a translator with them and try to do their best to help you! They let us leave the luggages at 6 am in the morning and they also invite us once for a dinner with them in the evening. Thank you for that once again 🙏 3. Breakfast are just AMAZING. You always have few choices and it's fresh and delicious 😋 4. You can rent a bicycle (50k VND for person) and motorbike (120k for day). We didn't notice it before, but they also have transport offers to some places like Cat Ba or probably Sapa. 5. They have lovely kids and super charming dog 🐕 and unique looking cat 😺 6. Also if you want to rest after a tiring day, you can swim in the swimming pool or play bilard 😁 If I could give them more stars, I would definitely do that!

Just to keep in mind if you expect perfectly untouched views: On the horizon there is a big cement fabric, but don't be discouraged by that. It's quite far, so it doesn't destroy the views so much, and also it's far enough to keep this place in a quiet zone - there is no noise from this fabric here ☺️

The family is really kind and the place is not far from everything in the centre and at the same time it is so quite. We enjoy different and delicious breakfast, the pool and View are amazing. The dog is beautiful!!! They have bicycles and motorbikes available to rent.
