I urgently warn and recommend staying away from this place unless you are on a budget - and even then, don't pay more than 50 euros per night here. See the rest of my comment and pictures for more. I still give 4 stars because there is working AC, internet, and access to a nice pool, and the kitchen is still ok.

I am sorry to write this but fellow travellers need to know: the one and only highlight of this place is what does not belong to the apartment - namely the pool. The apartment itself is a disaster, a falling apart old place (not) managed by who knows who - there is no person to give you the keys, you take them from a safe with a code and that's it. The place is simply absolutely not taken care of. Some windows are broken and don't close, the shutter doesn't completely open, most of the furniture is broken, the microwave has loose pieces, the walls are dirty and not even basic cleaning is done properly (see pictures). Pillows have molds, the couch is stained with God knows what and sheets smell of ass-juice. In this dirty environment mosquitoes prosper as if it was the jungle. You will find much more better places in Guadeloupe - even nearby - for a better price.
