Design apartments in Netanya

A true 10/10 apartment! The place was exceptionally quiet, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including furniture, appliances, toiletries, shampoo, soap, tea, solt and more. The location is excellent — close to the city center and only few-minutes walk from the beach. Yurij is an outstanding host. He is always available, quick to respond, and genuinely willing to help with anything that bothers you during your stay. I would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Netanya.

Excellent appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La propreté est remarquable et l’état général du logement est impeccable. De plus, le manager Yurii est très sympathique ! Je recommande ce choix pour un séjour à netanya

I booked the apartment for 8 days through Booking.com. They took a 50% deposit on my credit card in advance. Then, a few days before arrival, they called and I realized that the apartment was located on the third floor without an elevator, which was not great. Since one of the guests was disabled, it was not possible to stay in this apartment! I asked to cancel because there was a physically disabled guest who was unable to stay, and the guesthouse told me to open a request with Booking.com. I opened a request and Booking.com wrote that the host did not approve my request! After a few days, they also charged the remaining 50%!!! This means that I paid the full amount for 8 days without even coming to collect a key, and the worst thing was that I had to go to a hotel and pay again! They robbed me of $1,300, crooks! Scammers! Run away from them! In addition, I am going to open a public complaint and file a serious complaint with the authorities.

Joliment aménagé. Ustensiles à disposition dans la cuisine. Personnel agréable, facilement joignable, et très réactif.

Rien de spécial. Tout était très bien. Juste bien noter qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble.
