Truly home away from home! Beautiful facility with clear view of the Mountain. The host furnished us with all the necessary information prior to the visit and answered our queries. It was really easy to locate the facility... . The staff we met;Pauline and Nicholas were very pleasant and tended to our requests. Loved the evenings when Nicholas would light the fireplace.. Making the room warm. The facility is conveniently located, movement was quite easy!

The water too so long to heat up when showering; we inquired and were told they needed to boost it. 🤔At some point we gave up and ended up showering with cold water

An incredible property with stunning architecture and great views of Mt. Kenya. The plunge pools are a fantastic touch, adding to the overall experience. The subtle aviation theme gives the villa a unique charm, making it feel both stylish and inviting. The real star of the experience, however, was Margret—exceptionally kind and welcoming! She gave us a wonderful tour of the property, answered all our questions, and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place, but it’s worth noting that the one-bedroom cottages come in two different designs: the top-floor units have open-walled living areas, while the ground-floor ones are fully enclosed. Additionally, each villa consists of two one-bedroom cottages that share a plunge pool, so keep that in mind when booking. One small improvement I’d suggest is adding curtain sheers, the morning light can be quite strong, and they would also provide a bit more privacy while still allowing natural light into the cottage.

Everything about it lived up to expectations. From the design of the house, the amenities and location. The view of mount Kenya in the morning was amazing, and the cozy fire at night. Totally worth the stay. The staff were very helpful and polite.

A dish rack would be helpful after washing the dishes.

One night wasn’t enough! The location is perfect as it’s a few minutes from town. The property has the most serene compound with an insane view of Mt. Kenya. The cottage is cosy, very clean and has everything you would need except food… which you can easily order. We brought our own and cooked. The property owner was super kind and the host on ground was very welcoming.

I’d suggest adding A/C or a fan in the guest house as it’s really hot during this time of the year.
