Location was a 10. Kitchen pretty good

Beds were not comfortable. The whole apartment needs a check up. Bathrooms has some mold. Inside is quite dark and not much daylight.

there is a 4h window to get the keys, otherwise you need to pay more to get the keys. I gave the landlord lady money for the keys, she didn't have change to give me so she said she will bring it over by the end of my stay. I chased her and she never reply. WE had to pay extra for the baby chair and cot - we could have ordered them new from Amazon for that money. we didn't get to use the terrace, which was one of the features we were looking for because it was full of cockroaches and the owner sprayed it with poison and we have a crawling baby (we couldn't really risk him touching/licking the poison) Rooms are not sounds isolated, everyone could hear everything from the rooms and doors don't close properly. en suite bathroom is so small that you can't even get it - we ended up not using it at all. single bed was so narrow that our daughter kept falling of it so she ended up sleeping in our bed the whole stay

Excellent location. Short walk to the beaches and town centre. Quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful.

Bedrooms a bit cramped for a family of 5 with 3 adult children - we moved one mattress to the living room. Would have been nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies- salt, sugar, cooking oil. Few door handles need attention.

The proximity to the beaches, shops, restaurants & train station. Near the city centre and all the other sightseeings. There are 3 rooms - all on the ground floor, so very accessible; 2 bathrooms and a courtyard. We travelled with a toddler so it was very convenient, there was plenty of space. Monica, our host was very kind and accommodating (we arrived late - although a fee it’s due in case of late arrival but we knew). I really recommend this accommodation especially for families.
