Georgia was wonderful. The rest of the staff were also great and they were all very helpful. There was everything there I needed.

The ladders on the bunks were very hard on the feet. Alot of left stuff collected in the bathrooms and the refrigerators. Shoes were to be left outside, but when it rained they got soaked. Still like the idea of no shoes inside.

Staff top, posizione centrale, struttura pulita e ambiente molto friendly. Un'ottima soluzione per chi viaggia da solo.

The property never sent me the access code to go into the apt. I contacted them through the whole day and they never responded. The phone number they have on booking.com doesn’t work, it won’t ring. I was stuck at 830pm with no where to stay. Lucky I had a friend in Italy. Booking.com said they would give me a refund, which they absolutely should. And now this morning they are saying no refund. Which I don’t understand why. I booked an apt for ease of later check in. Save yourself the money and hassle. DO NOT book this!
